2. Service description
Kyrodata is an intelligence platform on Brazilian foreign trade, aggregating public data from MDIC, BACEN, IBGE and other official sources. The data is informational and does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice.
3. Account and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Payment
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Price, billing cycle and conditions are disclosed before purchase at /pricing. Tax receipts are issued automatically.
5. Intellectual property
Kyrodata's code, design and data curation are proprietary. The aggregated public data remains in the public domain; analyses and visualizations may be used for informational purposes with attribution.
6. Limitation of liability
Kyrodata is provided "as is". We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of the data — sources are public and may contain errors at origin. We are not responsible for decisions made based on the data.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time at /user/billing. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email; the current version is always published on this page.
9. Governing law
