Cancellation and refund
You may cancel your subscription at any time at /user/billing. Cancellation ends access immediately; there is no proportional refund for the period already paid.
Right of withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Code art. 49)
If the purchase was made online, you have 7 calendar days from the purchase date to request a full refund without justification. Submit your request via Support.
Exceptions
A full refund is granted in case of: (i) duplicate charge; (ii) processing error on our side; (iii) inability to use the service due to a prolonged technical failure not resolved within 72 hours.
