Response time
Responses during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm Brasília time):
- Free plan: up to 24 business hours.
- Pro / Business plans: up to 4 business hours.
- Urgent issues (access blocked, wrong charge): priority handling, usually within hours.
