We support by email only. We don't offer live chat or phone — all requests are recorded by email to keep an audit trail.

Response time

Responses during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm Brasília time):

  • Free plan: up to 24 business hours.
  • Pro / Business plans: up to 4 business hours.
  • Urgent issues (access blocked, wrong charge): priority handling, usually within hours.
